Registration
Registration fee covers all sessions, film viewings, workshops, materials,
Friday night reception and coffee-breaks.
Gala dinner and lunches are on a no-host bases. Register
for lunches and Gala Dinner on your registration form. Cost of lunches
will be $15.00 per meal. The Saturday night Gala Dinner-Dance Event will
be $50.00.
A limited number of sponsored registrations are available.
Applications must be submitted no later then by February 15, 2005. Send
application to kizdebski@pvsf.org.

Continuing Education Units
Will be provided.
Insurance & Liability
Conference fee does not include personal insurance. All participants are
advised to make their own insurance arrangements. PVSF/PIXAR assumes no
legal liability in connection with this event.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted until March 1, 2005, at full refund minus 10%.
Cancellations after March 1, 2005, are refunded at 50%. No refunds will
be given after March 10, 2005.
Travel
United Airlines has been designated the official carrier for the PVSF/PIXAR
2005 Voice Conference. To obtain up to 15% air travel discount call United
Air at 1 800 521 4041 and refer to a code # 531CI.
Accommodations
The conference is limited to 250 participants. When reserving hotel, reference
PVSF/PIXAR Voice Conference. Emeryville is in close proximity to San Francisco,
Oakland and Berkeley California. See
