The Second Congress on Contemporary Topics in Laryngology and the XIIth Annual Pacific Voice Conference focuses on current treatment strategies in laryngeal cancer: modern radiotherapy modalities, laser treatment, functional (partial) laryngectomy and total laryngectomy comparing the functional results of voice and deglutition, the treatment sequellae and the psychosocial aspects.
A special session on vocal cord paralysis is also included in the program.
This meeting provides an opportunity for all professionals involved in the treatment of laryngeal carcinoma - head & neck surgeons, radiotherapitst, phoniatricians, speech therapists, residents and nurses - to interact with the experts from around the world, to learn, and to participate in the discussions with the panelists.
